Bormann-Rochotte promoted at Cambridge
Cambridge announces the promotion of Lynn Bormann-Rochotte to senior director of continuous improvement.
In this role, she will facilitate and lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the firm using Lean and Six Sigma tools and methods for implementation and sustainment. Bormann-Rochotte will continue to consult in the operations department while leading the continuous improvement team.
After joining Cambridge in 2014 as a senior continuous improvement consultant, Bormann-Rochotte focused on conducting end-to-end process evaluations, overlaid with client feedback, performance standards, and costs to identify improvement opportunities and optimize business processes. She possesses extensive knowledge in implementing Design for Six Sigma standards and methodologies, with prior experience with Motorola Solutions, GlaxoWellcome, and Amoco.
Bormann-Rochotte earned a Bachelor of science in chemistry from Truman State University, a master’s certificate in project management from The George Washington University, and a Doctorate in physical and inorganic chemistry from Colorado State University. Bormann-Rochotte also earned the Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt from Motorola University as well as the ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt certificate from the American Society for Quality.
