Chocolate Sunday 2-4 p.m. at Fairfield Middle School
Chocolate Sunday, an annual fundraising event to benefit the band and choir departments at Fairfield High School, will be held from 2-4 pm Sunday at the Fairfield Middle School Commons.
This is an event that has taken place for well over 20 years. It allows people to get into the festivities of the holiday season shopping for gift baskets and listening to holiday music while enjoying yummy treats.
The event includes performances by students in a variety of ensembles, an offering of chocolate treats for the audience and silent auction baskets donated by a variety of businesses and individuals.
Silent auction baskets are available at a variety of price points. In addition, there will be a raffle at the end of the performances. The prize, donated by Pzazz in Burlington, includes a one-night stay, four water park passes, four passes to Balloballo, and four $25 gift cards.
Tickets for Chocolate Sunday are $5 and are available at the door. Doors open for the event at 1:45. Everyone in the community is invited to attend.
