The following court cases were processed at the Jefferson County Courthouse.
John Michael Foster, 58, of 302 W. Broadway Ave., pleaded guilty to violating a no contact order and was sentenced to seven days in jail.
Jessica Shay Liles, 30, of Libertyville, pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting violation of a no contact order and was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay court costs.
Samantha Kathryn Whiles, 20, of 53 E. Broadway Ave., was fined $320 for fifth-degree theft.
Danika Carol Slusser, 18, of 53 E. Broadway Ave., was fined for fifth-degree theft.
Johnathon C. Newbold, 30, of 115 N. Main St., No. 22, pleaded guilty to simple assault. He was fined $147.
Glenntavious M. Nolan, 24, of 702½ W. Washington Ave., No. 2, was fined $147 for disorderly conduct.
John Gordon Lane Jr., 27, of 505 W. Madison Ave., was fined $355 for public intoxication and fifth-degree criminal mischief.
Thaddeus Rashad Nolan, 23, of 801 South D St., was fined $147 for simple assault and disorderly conduct.
Mathew Ronald White, 19, of 801 S. Sixth St., was fined $147 for fireworks.
Dawn Denise Dunn, 37, of 115 N. Main St. No. 60, was fined $147 for public intoxication.
Nancy Marie Bujanowski, 33, of 500 E. Hempstead Ave., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to one day in jail, which was suspended. She was ordered to complete a Batterers Education Program within eight weeks.
Delores Broyles, 43, of 302 W. Broadway Ave., No. 1, pleaded guilty to simple assault and violation of a no contact order. She was sentenced to six days in jail.
Kelly Wigfall of 303 E. Buchanan Ave., Apt. C-5, received a deferred judgment for failure to have child attend school. She was ordered to pay court costs and $100.
Anthony Wayne Lundquist, 27, of 503 W. Kirkwood Ave., was fined $147 on failure to appear on an original charge of disturbing the peace.
Amber Marie Timmons, 33, of 200 N. Fourth St., No. 3, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, first offense, a serious misdemeanor. She was sentenced to two days in jail, less credit for time served. Her sentence was suspended. She was ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation within 45 days, her driver’s license was revoked for 180 days, she was fined $315 plus a 35 percent surcharge, a $10 DARE surcharge, a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge, ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. Another case was dismissed with costs to the defendant.
