Associate District Court
Matt H. Allsup, 51, of 2294 Highway 34, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was sentenced to two years in prison, less credit for time served. All but 30 days were suspended. He was given work release privileges. He was placed on two years probation. His license was revoked. He was ordered to successfully complete a drinking drivers course. He was ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation within 45 days of judgment. He was fined $1,875 plus a 35 percent surcharge, a $10 D.A.R.E. surcharge and ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. If he has not been fingerprinted previously, he was ordered to be fingerprinted. Another Jefferson County case was dismissed with costs to him.
Yvette Andrea Stepp, 49, of 304 S. 17th St., pleaded guilty to assault on a person engaged in certain occupations, a serious misdemeanor. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail. Her sentence was suspended and she was placed on two years probation. She was fined $315 plus a 35 percent surcharge and ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs. If she has not been fingerprinted previously, she was ordered to be fingerprinted.
