Associate District Court
Robert Leroy Marshall, 38, of 206½ Wilson Blvd., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was sentenced to two years in prison, less credit for time served. All but 30 days were suspended and he was placed on two years probation. His drivers license was revoked for six years. If he becomes eligible for a temporary restricted drivers license and obtains it, he must attach an approved ignition interlock device on all vehicles he owns. He cannot sell, purchase or register any motor vehicle for 180 days. He must successfully complete a drinking drivers course. He must obtain a substance abuse evaluation within 45 days of judgment. He was fined $3,125 plus a 35 percent surcharge and a $10 D.A.R.E. surcharge. He was ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fee if any and court costs. Two other Jefferson County cases were dismissed with costs to him. If he has not been fingerprinted previously, he was ordered to be fingerprinted.
Courtney Buchanan Reid, 21, of 508 W. Depot Ave., pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor. She was given a deferred judgment with two years probation. She was fined $1,250 and ordered to pay court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any. If she has not been fingerprinted previously, she was ordered to be fingerprinted.
