ASSOCIATE DISTRICT COURT

Howard Leroy Seward 40, of Brighton, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all but seven days were suspended. He was given work release privileges. He was placed on two years suspension. His driver’s license was revoked. He was ordered to complete a drinking drivers course. He was fined $1,875 plus a 35 percent surcharge. He was ordered to pay a $10 DARE surcharge, restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs.

Anthony James Elliott 31, of Richland pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor. He was fined $500 plus a 35 percent surcharge. He was ordered to pay restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs.

Gregory Thomas Lane 26, of 505 W. Madison pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, first offense, a serious misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, all but two days were suspended. He was placed on two years probation. His driver’s license was revoked. He was ordered to complete a drinking drivers course. He was fined $1,250 plus a 35 percent surcharge. He was ordered to pay $10 DARE surcharge, restitution, court appointed attorney fees if any and court costs.

 

MAGISTRATE COURT

Ronald Gail Light, 32, of 909 E. Jefferson Ave., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $147.50 plus a 35 percent surcharge.

Ashley Elizabeth Henninger 18, pleaded guilty to fifth degree theft. She was fined $147.50 plus a 35 percent surcharge and ordered to pay restitution.
