Ehren David Schneider, 32, of Brighton violated his terms of probation and was ordered to serve his original sentence given Jan. 11, 2011, pay court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any.
Michael Jordan Lakshmana Magee, 21, of 1100 Sunset Drive, entered a guilty plea and received a deferred judgment for third degree burglary. He was placed on five years probation, fined $750 plus a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge, ordered to pay pecuniary damages of $4,851, court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any and supply a sample for DNA profiling.
Benjamin Scott Louis Fergusen, 21, of 100 N. 16th St., Lot 53, pleaded guilty and received a deferred judgment for third degree burglary. He was given five years probation on condition of complying with evaluations and treatments recommended by the department of correction services, abstain from all controlled substances, not enter any establishment that sells or serves alcohol, have no association with persons having a known criminal record or engaged in criminal activity, and maintain verifiable employment. He was ordered to pay restitution/pecuniary damages of $36,550 joint and several with co-defendants William Thomas, Adam Redding and Ronald Tedrow. He was ordered to pay court costs and court appointed attorney fees if any, and provide a sample for DNA profiling.
