Currivan, Incorvia married in July ceremony
Jean Anne Currivan and Kevin Incorvia were married the afternoon of Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Our Lady of the Wayside Church in Portola Valley, California.
The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Annamaria Currivan of Los Altos, California, and the groom is the son of Richard and Nancy Incorvia of Fairfield.
The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Jose Shaji.
The bride’s maid of honor was Kasey Phillips, and her attendants were her sister-in-law Jamie Currivan, Natalie De Shetler, Megan Shaffer and Lori Johnson. The flower girl was Vianney Johnson.
The groom’s best man was his brother, Richard Incorvia, and the groomsmen were Jesse Berkowitz, Noah Schechtman, Alex Showers, Steve Cooperman and the bride’s brothers Peter and Joe Currivan.
A reception, immediately following the ceremony, was held at the University Club of Palo Alto in Palo Alto. A highlight was a performance by the five-piece San Francisco swing band The Klipptones; the newlyweds and their friends are avid swing dancers.
An after-wedding brunch and the rehearsal dinner were at the home of the bride’s parents.
After a wedding trip to Hanalei Bay on the island of Kauai in Hawaii, the couple have made their home in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she is a doctorate candidate in physics at Harvard University and he is a software engineer at Reviewed.com. She is a graduate of University of California-Berkeley in Berkeley, California. He is a graduate of Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield.
