Nick Goggins, top, of Quncy, Ill., and Chris Flores of Fort Madison put exterior metal studs in place at the Jefferson County Health Center expansion project this morning. The two work for Leander Construction of Canton, Ill. Included in the project is additional space for the pharmacy, out-patient clinics and the Medical Arts Clinic.
