Fairfield School Menu: April 24-28, 2017

Fairfield Community School District has listed its lunch menu for the coming week.

Elementary schools:

Monday — breakfast: mini doughnuts. Lunch: biscuits and gravy with sausage patty, Trojan Tots, carrot sticks, frozen fruit cup.

Tuesday — breakfast: pancake on a stick. Lunch: walking taco, peppy pinto beans, lettuce and cheese, craisins.

Wednesday — breakfast: smoothie with graham crackers. Lunch: turkey and cheese sub, corn, sliced tomato, rosy applesauce.

Thursday — breakfast: breakfast burrito. Lunch: BBQ chicken flatbread, savory sweet potatoes, chop-chop salad, fresh fruit.

Friday — breakfast: chocolate-chip breakfast bar. Lunch: spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic breadstick, steamed broccoli, side salad with dressing, fresh fruit.

Breakfast at the elementary schools also includes milk, juice and fruit, and lunch includes milk.

Fairfield Middle School:

Monday — breakfast: mini doughnuts. Lunch: biscuits and gravy with sausage patty or sausage and cheese biscuit, Trojan Tots, carrot sticks, frozen fruit cup.

Tuesday — breakfast: pancake on a stick. Lunch: beef walking taco or chicken walking taco, peppy pinto beans, lettuce and cheese, craisins.

Wednesday — breakfast: smoothie with graham crackers. Lunch: turkey and cheese sub or ham and cheese sub, corn, sliced tomato, rosy applesauce.

Thursday — breakfast: breakfast burrito. Lunch: BBQ chicken flatbread or pulled pork flatbread, savory sweet potatoes, chop-chop salad, fresh fruit.

Friday — breakfast: chocolate-chip breakfast bar. Lunch: spaghetti with meat sauce or chicken Parmesan, garlic breadstick, steamed broccoli, side salad with dressing, fresh fruit.

Breakfast at the middle school also includes milk, juice and fruit, and lunch includes milk.

Fairfield High School:

Monday — breakfast: pumpkin bread. Lunch: Tasty Traditions: mini corn dogs. Cultural Cuisine: crispitos. The Sides: steamed broccoli, peaches.

Tuesday — breakfast: cinnamon roll. Lunch: Tasty Traditions: Pizza Ranch pizza. Cultural Cuisine: cook’s choice. The Sides: green beans, mixed fruit.

Wednesday — breakfast: breakfast sliders. Lunch: Tasty Traditions: biscuit and gravy with cheese omelet. The Grill: egg and cheese biscuit. The Sides: tri-taters, frozen fruit cup.

Thursday — breakfast: breakfast pizza. Lunch: The Bar: boneless wings with garlic bread. The sides: savory carrots, rosy applesauce.

Friday — breakfast: breakfast burrito. Lunch: Tasty Traditions: beef fiestada. Cultural Cuisine: burrito. The Sides: Mexicali beans, lettuce and tomato, salsa, pears.

Breakfast at the high school includes PopTart, chocolate-chip breakfast bar, mini doughnuts, and cereal. Lunch also offers the Trojan Express with deli sandwiches, Uncrustable PBJ, chef salad with roll, fruit and yogurt box with roll. The Sides include romaine salad with dressing, fresh garden bar, fresh fruit, and milk.
