Fairfield schools menu: March 20-24, 2017

No school meals March 24 in Fairfield

Fairfield Community School District has listed its lunch menu for the coming week.

Elementary schools:

Monday — breakfast: mini doughnuts. Lunch: spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, peas and carrots, celery sticks, Awesome Sauce, milk.

Tuesday — breakfast: breakfast pizza. Lunch: ham and cheese crossiant, green beans, tomato slices, raisins, milk.

Wednesday — breakfast: smoothie and graham crackers. Lunch: walking taco, peppy pinto beans, sassy salsa, frozen fruit cup.

Thursday — breakfast: funnel cake. Lunch: hot dog on a bun, french fries, broccoli with dip, fresh fruit.

Friday — no school.

Breakfast at the elementary schools also includes milk, juice and fruit, and lunch includes milk.

Fairfield Middle School:

Monday — breakfast: mini doughnuts. Lunch: spaghetti with meat sauce or chicken parmesan, garlic bread, peas and carrots, celery sticks, Awesome Sauce, milk.

Tuesday — breakfast: breakfast pizza. Lunch: ham and cheese crossiant or turkey and cheese crossiant, green beans, tomato slices, raisins, milk.

Wednesday — breakfast: smoothie and graham crackers. Lunch: beef walking taco or chicken walking taco, peppy pinto beans, sassy salsa, frozen fruit cup.

Thursday — breakfast: funnel cake. Lunch: hot dog on a bun or brat on a bun, french fries, broccoli with dip, fresh fruit.

Friday — no school.

Breakfast at the middle school also includes milk, juice and fruit, and lunch includes milk.

Fairfield High School:

Monday — breakfast: pancake on a stick. Lunch: Tasty Traditions: biscuits and gravy with sausage patty. Cultural Cuisine: egg and cheese biscuit. The Sides: tri-taters, frozen fruit cup.

Tuesday — breakfast: cream cheese-filled bagels. Lunch: Tasty Traditions: Pizza Ranch pizza. Cultural Cuisine: crispitos. The Sides: green beans, peaches.

Wednesday — breakfast: breakfast pizza. Lunch: Tasty Traditions: boneless wing bar with breadstick. The Sides: mashed potatoes, raisins.

Thursday — breakfast: banana bread. Lunch: Tasty Traditions: hamburger on a bun or cheeseburger on a bun. Cultural Cuisine: grilled chicken on a bun. The Sides: baked beans, rosy applesauce.

Friday — no school.

Breakfast includes PopTart, chocolate-chip breakfast bar, mini doughnuts, and cereal. Lunch also offers the Trojan Express with deli sandwiches, Uncrustable PBJ, chef salad with roll, fruit and yogurt box with roll. The Sides include romaine salad with dressing, fresh garden bar, fresh fruit, and milk.
