Free film Friday at Fairfield library
The Fairfield Public Library will present a free movie Friday evening.
Doors open at 7 p.m., and the film begins at 7:30 p.m.
The film is a comedy about two salesmen whose careers have been torpedoed by the digital world. Trying to prove they are not obsolete, they defy the odds by talking their way into a coveted internship at Google, along with a battalion of brilliant college students. But, gaining entrance to this utopia is only half the battle. Now they must compete with a group of the nation’s most elite, tech-savvy geniuses to prove that necessity really is the mother of re-invention.
The film is rated PG-13 and lasts two hours.
See the library’s calendar on its website at www.fairfield.lib.ia.us. for details.
Organic popcorn and bottled water will be available. The donations for popcorn and water help the library renew its movie licenses.
