Golf carts could be allowed on city streets

An ordinance proposed by Fairfield Police Chief Julie Harvey at a Public Safety and Transportation Committee Monday night could allow golf-cart-drivers free reign within a three-block radius of any golf course in town between sunrise and sunset.
