Gregory 'Greg' Lee Nance
Gregory “Greg” Lee Nance, 53, of Libertyville, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at home.
A funeral is at 11 a.m. Saturday at Faith United Methodist Church in Libertyville, with the Rev. Elizabeth Bell officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery in Libertyville.
Visitation with family and friends is 9:30 a.m. until the funeral Saturday at the church.

Mr. Nance was born April 21, 1960, in Fairfield, the son of Donald and Wanda Hunter Nance.
He graduated from Fairfield High School with the Class of 1979.
He lived in Jefferson County his entire life.
He worked 35 years as a laborer with the last 14 years at Hickenbottom Inc.
He was known as a “fix-it man.” He would pick up items that didn’t work, such as appliances, lamps, bicycles, etc., get them working and give them away to somebody in need.
He enjoyed working on cars.
He enjoyed watching boxing and was a NASCAR fan.
He enjoyed water skiing and riding his motorcycle.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Don and Marilyn Nance; one brother, Jeff Nance of Marion; two sisters, Ronda Burke of Fairfield and Amy Nance Mendiola of Houston, Texas; and three stepsisters, Linda Benning of Waverly, Rhonda Aikens of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, and Vicki Rebling of Washington, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his mother, stepgrandfather, and his four grandparents.
