Lifelong Fairfield resident Frances Martin will celebrate her 95th birthday Saturday with a reception at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds Activity Building.

Friends and family are welcome to come for punch, cake and socializing from 1-3:30 p.m.

No gifts are requested, but cards would be appreciated.
