Masters of Motown, a celebration of the Motor City’s 1960s popular music, rolls into the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center’s Stephen Sondheim Center for the Performing Arts at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 10.

More than 50 years ago, Motown laid down its first tracks and forever changed the sound of American music. Even today, this legendary sound will make you move and groove to all of your favorite selections made famous by some of the most iconic names in the history of popular music, many of whom were discovered in the Motor City.
Celebrate the music of these amazing artists, featuring stylishly costumed, fully choreographed tributes to The Temptations, Gladys Knight & the Pips, Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell, Smokey Robinson & the Miracles, Four Tops, Diana Ross & the Supremes, Jackson Five, Martha Reeves & Vandellas, Stevie Wonder, Commodores and many others all backed by a live band. Masters of Motown is part of the 2012-13 Sondheim Artist Series and presented by Medical Arts, LISCO, Sears Hometown Store and Classic 96.
