Nazarene church invites all to ‘The Grace Card Movie’ Sunday
First Church of the Nazarene is hosting a showing of a film, “The Grace Card Movie,” at 6 p.m. Sunday in the Nazarene Family Center.
A free will offering will be accepted for admission. Anyone is welcome to attend.
The film is rated PG-13 for some violence and thematic elements.
The movie illustrates the power of grace to rebuild relationships and heal deep wounds by extending and receiving God’s grace, said the Rev. Howard Innis, pastor at First Church of the Nazarene.
The story depicts a man who loses his son in an accident. The father lives in 17 years of bitterness and pain, which plays havoc with his family, his job and his personal life. God sends another man to come alongside him to show forgiveness, grace and the goodness of God.
