3:40 a.m. Caller reported a truck and car out in a field, have been there about 10-15 minutes. Officer stopped one of the vehicles at Fifth Street and Harrison Avenue; car hadn’t been in field but in the parking lot. It was the paper delivery.

3:59 a.m. Washington, Iowa, Police Department reported a missing person: Andrew Ty Payne, 14, white male, 5-feet, 9-inches tall, 140 pounds, blond hair, green eyes, light skin, missing from Washington, Iowa, last seen wearing baggy clothes, White Sox jacket, possible with Jake Wheeler.
