Fairfield Police Department reports the following calls and incidents were logged at dispatch:
12:17 p.m. report larceny/theft; Fairfield Water Department has shut off water for subject who is now bypassing the system to obtain water.
4:22 p.m. vehicle 1 was traveling south on 12th Street and ran stoplight at Burlington Avenue intersection, causing property damage to vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 will be cited for violation. Both vehicles were towed; both drivers refused EMS. Damage was estimated to exceed $1,500.
6:08 a.m. phone scam reported.
3:13 p.m. complaint of barking dog.
8:41 p.m. report of vandalism.
11:23 a.m. caller advised spouse lost a MidWestOne Bank envelop containing cash somewhere in Fairfield.

5:46 p.m. a lost wallet was turned into police and returned to owner.

1:09 a.m. state police contact Fairfield police about a deer/vehicle accident involving a Chevrolet Uplander near mile marker 215, with damage estimated at $1,500.
1:32 p.m. report of three juvenile males in the outdoor pool.
2:51 p.m. report of damage to car while parked either on campus or at home over the past two days; 2008 Honda Fit has damage to its rear hatch.
5:57 p.m. caller lost a German shorthair dog wearing a collar.
5:58 p.m. report of a round bale of hay in road, not blocking traffic.
6:02 p.m. report of a missing, all brown, German shorthair pointer dog.
