Fairfield Police Department reports the following calls and incidents were logged at dispatch:

 

Sunday

12:06 a.m. jewelry theft from residence reported.

8:46 p.m. complaint of disturbing the peace.

9:13 p.m. complaint of disturbing the peace.

 

Saturday

12:22 a.m. lost dog reported.

1:37 a.m. complaint of disturbing the peace.

2:17 a.m. complaint of disturbing the peace.

6:19 a.m. report of a water main break.

1:13 p.m. theft of a Garmin GPS from glove box in vehicle parked at residence reported.

4:07 p.m. found dog, appears to be injured, taken to vet clinic.

 

Friday

5:03 p.m. caller reported a dog hit and killed in the road.

5:43 p.m. complaint of disturbing the peace.

5:52 p.m. report of a domestic disturbance.

6:21 p.m. lost dog taken to vet clinic.

6:35 p.m. complaint of barking dog.

6:38 p.m. report of people walking on railroad tracks near high school.

6:45 p.m. caller said a young child, 2-3 years old, was playing on equipment at construction site of new Casey’s with no adult or supervision seen. Caller couldn’t find parents or understand child’s name. Officer contacted mother.

9:17 p.m. caller reported fireworks being shot-off in same area as previous night.

9:49 p.m. complaint of disturbing the peace.

11 p.m. complaint about fireworks.

11:56 p.m. Khaven Wagenknecht, 18, was arrested for driving while revoked.

 

Thursday

8:39 a.m. caller reported an extension ladder, valued at $225, missing from behind store.

9:18 a.m. caller reported finding an orange cat.

12:05 p.m. report of possible identity theft.

1:15 p.m. a Windstream employee reported losing a yellow dynatel, which was inside a black case that fell off the back of the truck.

2:38 p.m. Mike Buford was arrested on a warrant for violation for pre-trial release.

4:48 p.m. Jefferson County Health Center’s emergency room staff called regarding a belligerent patient.

9:35 p.m. complaint of disturbing the peace.

10:08 p.m. complaint of disturbing the peace.
