The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:



9:12 a.m. – A caller advised that Terrance Allen, who is in the Jefferson County Jail, contacted her and he has a no contact order. Allen is already in jail for domestic assault. The caller said she would press charges this week.

9:45 a.m. – Police dispatch was advised that someone shot out two windows on the north side of Green Building Supply. The estimated damages are $500 each.

12:48 p.m. – A caller advised that there was a duffle bag of power tools in the yard at an abandoned house on the west side of the driveway. Officers found a light colored canvass bag with old tools inside. It was placed in evidence.

3:16 p.m. – A no-injury accident occurred between Second Street and Washington Avenue. Warren Simmons was stopped at a stop sign traveling west on Washington Avenue. Pamela Soto was traveling south on Second Street. Simmons pulled out and struck Soto on the driver’s side. Simmons was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.



12:30 a.m. – Chance Erin Redmann, 20, was cited for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.

1:54 a.m. – Zachary J. Lynch, 29, was arrested for public intoxication.

9:49 a.m. – A caller advised that his vehicle and his neighbor’s vehicle were vandalized. The caller said his truck’s rear window was smashed. Damages are estimated at $100.

11:45 a.m. – A theft was reported at 402 N. Eighth St.

4:47 p.m. – A citizen advised of a theft on Broadway Avenue.

7:13 p.m. – Tami Kurtz was cited for expired driver’s license.



2:54 a.m. – A disturbance was reported at Harrison Park Apartments.
