The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:
7:09 a.m. – A citizen advised that the lights were flashing on a cargo van parked in the municipal parking lot at East Briggs Avenue and North B Street. The vehicle had the words “Escort Service” on it.
8:33 a.m. – A caller advised that she locked her 2-year-old child inside of the house. Officers and a locksmith arrived. The locksmith was able to open the door. Everything was OK.
11:52 a.m. – Nathan Ford was arrested for simple domestic assault.
11:55 a.m. – A no-injury accident occurred at 20th Street and Jefferson Avenue. Vehicles driven by Lorie Lynn Baker and Kenneth Ray Simons collided. Baker was southbound, while Simons was headed west.
1:36 p.m. – A caller advised of two men fighting in the Pizza Ranch parking lot.
2:07 p.m. – a citizen advised of a theft at 2100 North B. St.
10:42 p.m. – Levi Ponce was arrested on a warrant for driving under suspension.
