The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:
8:59 a.m. – Austin Miller, 39, was arrested on a probation parole warrant.
9:27 a.m. – Police are investigating a case of fraud on an automatic bank teller machine.
11:24 a.m. – Karen Witzenburg, 37, was cited for speeding and expired registration.
3:43 p.m. – A no-injury accident occurred at Third Street and Washington Avenue. Karree Wolcott was traveling west on Washington behind a male juvenile riding a bicycle. Wolcott attempted to pass him on his left side, when the juvenile attempted to make a left turn. Wolcott struck his tire, causing him to wreck. The juvenile was OK and did not suffer any injuries. The bicycle tire sustained minimal damage.
8:37 p.m. – Terrance Taft, 34, of Fairfield was arrested for warrants out of Chicago.
10:22 p.m. – A citizen violated a no-contact order at the Best Western Fairfield Inn.
10:28 a.m. – A citizen advised that someone struck her vehicle in the parking lot at the Jefferson County Health Center. The officer could not find any damages to the vehicle. She told the officer that she would have it looked at and follow up.
11:05 a.m. – A caller advised of an erratic driver in a green sedan covered in dust. The caller provided the license plate. Officers checked the area but did not locate the subject.
11:27 a.m. – A citizen advised of theft of motor vehicle parts and accessories.
11:27 a.m. – My Lucky Day on Fourth Street advised of a theft.
1:04 p.m. – A citizen advised of a no contact order on Pierce Avenue.
1:12 p.m. – A citizen advised of suspicious activity at Walmart on Burlington Avenue.
2:18 p.m. – A citizen advised of fraud on West Briggs Avenue.
