The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:
7:06 a.m. – A citizen reported suspicious activity at a trailer in the 700 block of North Ninth Street. An officer checked inside of the trailer. No one was located. The citizen told the officer that a subject had opened the door and he could see a gun at the window. The officer checked the window and could see a blanket stapled to it that didn’t appear to have been disturbed. The citizen thought the subject might have been under the trailer. No one was located.
10:04 a.m. – A caller advised that she witnessed a male subject take a car jack, car battery and a battery pack from her vehicle. She told officers that the items belonged to another subject. The estimated value of the items is $145.
10:39 a.m. – Robin Lee Fields, 59, was cited for failure to prove security against liability and for expired registration.
12:34 p.m. – Officers investigated a simple assault at the Young House School.
1:21 p.m. – A caller advised that he thought a bicyclist might have been hit by a car on Old Highway 34. Officers found that the subject lost control of his bicycle and fell off. He complained of a shoulder and back injury.
2:21 p.m. – A citizen complained of a domestic disturbance at Amor Mio restaurant on Broadway Avenue.
8:55 p.m. – George’s Steakhouse on Broadway Avenue advised that a subject stole $6.36 in beverages. Officers are investigating the case.
10:46 p.m. – Stephon Alfonzo Marshall, 26, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
