The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:
8:33 a.m. – A caller advised that one of the school crossing guards at Pence Elementary School was assisting children across the street with her yellow flag up, and a vehicle drove through the crossing. Officers made contact with the presumed registered owners of the vehicle. However, it appeared that the caller might have provided the wrong license plate number.
10:19 a.m. – Tray Emmanuel Cal-El, 29, was cited for failure to have a valid driver’s license and for excessive speed.
1:18 p.m. – Christopher Monroe Johnson, 34, was cited for excessive speed.
3:34 p.m. – A citizen advised of fraud at Tony’s Turbo Wash on Burlington Avenue. Police advised the subject to contact the car wash owner to make sure he or she was aware of the issue.
9:01 p.m. – Brandon Walterman, 37, of Fairfield was arrested for domestic abuse-simple assault.
1:27 a.m. – Sam Douglas Spicer, 36, of Fairfield was cited for expired registration.
2:43 a.m. – Officers located an unoccupied vehicle in the 50th block of East Briggs Avenue. The vehicle appeared to be involved in a hit-and-run single-vehicle accident. The vehicle appeared to have struck a light pole. The vehicle sustained damages. Headlights were on, but officers couldn’t locate the keys. Officers found a case of beer in the truck’s bed.
3:18 a.m. – Noelle Kathleen Boucherle, 50, was arrested on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
