The Fairfield Police Department reports the following incidents logged into dispatch:

 

Wednesday

7:48 a.m. – A citizen advised that a subject trespassed in the 900 block of Harrison Avenue. Officers served a trespass warning on Charlie Chesshir.

9:05 a.m. – Young House Family Services on Broadway Avenue advised of an underage subject in possession of tobacco products.

3:37 p.m. – Austin James Johnston, 19, of Fairfield was cited for failure to prove security against liability.

6:45 p.m. – A citizen advised that he had lost his medication.

7:08 p.m. – A citizen advised that a male subject wearing camouflage, a backpack, sunglasses and a dark baseball cap trespassed on her property in the 200 block of East Fillmore Avenue. Officers found the subject and advised him not to trespass.

8:59 p.m. – A citizen advised of loud music at the North Bay Apartment Complex on Pierce Avenue.

9:38 p.m. – Officers arrested Eric Essary, 44, of Batavia for simple assault.

 

Thursday

1:06 a.m. – A citizen complained of loud music in the 1100 block of West Adams Avenue. Officers were unable to locate the music.
