Fairfield Police Department arrested Tiffany Sue Houser, 36, of 805 W. Broadway Ave., at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday at home for obstruction of emergency communications.

Donald Gridley, 44, of 807½ N. 10th St., was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Thursday on a warrant for harassment first.

Police investigated a report at 11:03 a.m. Thursday about the theft of a debit card.
