Fairfield Police Department took a report at 10:26 p.m. Thursday of fourth degree theft from 308 W. Jefferson Ave.

Austin Greenhaw was charged at 1:32 p.m. Thursday with fifth degree theft for theft of two library books from Fairfield Middle School.
