Fairfield Police Department arrested Eric Essary, 40, of Fairfield, at 12:55 a.m. today. He is charged with assault on a police officer, domestic assault and disrupting 911 communications at Leisure Living No. 14.

William Clark, 24, of Fairfield was arrested at 11:17 p.m. Wednesday on a trail to the men’s dome on Maharishi University of Management campus, 1000 N. Fourth St., for public intoxication.
