Police investigated at 1:49 a.m. Monday and arrested Amber Timmons, 32, of 2561 Salina Road, at 2:05 a.m. Monday at Hy-Vee Food and Drug Store, 1200 W. Burlington Ave. She is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.
Police investigated at 2:31 p.m. Jan. 1, at 703 W. Briggs Ave., a report of assault at Red Rock Tavern. Paul Michael Wheeler, 31 of 2065 Libertyville Road, No. 3, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. Monday at Jefferson County Law Enforcement Center. He is charged with assault with intent to inflict serious injury and carrying weapons.
Fairfield High School reported a theft at 2:31 p.m. Jan. 4; an offense of theft/destruction/damage/vandalism of property. Michael Ray Steele, 14, of Fairfield, was cited at 4:40 p.m. Friday at the Law Enforcement Center. Steele is cited for three counts of fifth degree (under $200) theft and fifth degree criminal mischief.
