Fairfield Police Department arrested Jon Paul Baxter, 30, of 1206 N. Court St., at 2:10 a.m. Saturday at Highway 1 and Maharishi University of Management campus. He is charged with operating while influenced-firstoffense, driving while suspended, and failure to obey flashing red light.

Amber Rose Desmond, 21 of 206 E. Adams Ave., was arrested at 1200 W. Grimes Ave., at 10:08 p.m. Friday. She is charged with operating while influenced-second offense, violation of her restriction and failure to obey a red light.
