The following information is Fairfield Police Department’s initial contacts summary received by dispatch for most of Sunday provided at the Jefferson County Law Enforcement Center.

 

Sunday

12:05 a.m. Advised people in the park about park hours.

12:10 a.m. Citizen contact, caller heard someone come up on her deck but did not see anyone. Unable to locate any tracks leading up to house.

12:15 a.m. Citizen contact, told dispatch he’d be using a smoker in case anyone calls it in.

12:42 a.m. Assistance and service: people moving into residence had breaker box keep shutting off power; got them a room through Ministerial Alliance for the night.

1:01 a.m. Hy-Vee employee called to advise Amber Timmons, 32, is in store and they have a no trespass warning against her; could not locate warning. Issued a written warning to Timmons.

1:27 a.m. Contacted by adult probation, assistance: check on individual.

9:58 a.m. Traffic violation: Kimberly Millard, 45, cited for expired registration.

11:34 a.m. Investigate criminal mischief/vandalism.

12:03 p.m. Traffic violation: Teresa Kephart, 27, cited for expired registration.

3:29 p.m. Citizen contact reporting vandalism, believes neighbor put chemical on vehicles. Someone discharged a fire extinguisher on three vehicles. Caller named two suspects, no proof.

4:52 p.m. Citizen contact, had caught stray dog. Police took German Shepherd/Husky type dog to clinic.

5:20 p.m. Traffic violation: Verbal warning for speed.

7:31 p.m. 911 misdial.

7:40 p.m. Disturbance/domestic disturbance: female wants husband out, he is refusing to leave, he is being verbally abusive, no weapons and he has not been drinking. Dispatch can hear male yelling in background. Male left residence while female on phone to dispatch. Verbal argument. Located male, asked him status of situation. He returned to residence and they both said it was verbal only. Advised them to seek counseling or an attorney.
