Jefferson County Board of Supervisors — Jefferson County Courthouse, first floor board room, 9 a.m.: meet with county engineer; consider awarding contract for two bridges on Ash Avenue; consider awarding contract for HMA paving of 185th Street; discuss/consider motor grader purchase in FY2015; consider minor subdivision Parcel C in northwest quarter of northeast quarter of 9-72-8 for Ryan Robertson; meet with Amy and Brenda from IowaWorks; consider supporting the Skilled Iowa Initiative; consider resolution approving enterprise zone application; consider housing enterprise zone application for Martin Brett; consider housing enterprise zone application for CBC Financial; consider approval of 28E Agreement for Southeast Iowa Case Management; consider approval of changes to 28E Agreement for Southeast Iowa Link; discuss/consider designation of nuisance property; consider appointing County Compensation Board members; committee reports; public comments; allow claims/approve reports.

Fairfield City Council Ways and Means and Economic Development committees — Fairfield City Hall, 5:30 p.m.: discuss letter of intent for Pilot Grove Savings Bank TIF project paving; comprehensive strategy for use of TIF to encourage housing development.

Fairfield Community School District — Fairfield Community School District Administration/Curriculum/Technology Center, 6 p.m.: approve agenda; enter into exempt session regarding termination of continuing contract(s); board president will end exempt session and board will enter into open meeting; accept superintendent’s recommendations for termination of continuing contract; adjourn.
