Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gavin McKay Hannah, 16, of 301 S. Sixth St., at 2:50 a.m. Friday at old Highway 34 and Crow Creek, charged with second degree burglary, unlawful possession of drug or device and conspiracy.
