Train for Life begins Oct. 24 at rec center
The Fairfield Park and Recreation Department will be offering Train for Life for anyone 18 years old or older beginning Oct. 24 at Roosevelt Community Recreation Center.
Participants will learn to work out at a level that helps burn fat and keeps the fun in exercise.
“Sometimes we just go through the motions, but seeing a difference is where it is all at,” said personal trainer Kristy Clark. “This program will show you how to achieve that.”
Train for Life will entail hard work for a 45-minute workout. Those with questions about what the workouts will be like can call Clark at 472-6159 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Participants will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays for six weeks.
The fee is $80. To register, call the park and rec or visit the website www.fairfieldparksandrec.org.
