Alexander earns CNE designation
Doug Alexander has been awarded the Certified Negotiation Expert designation by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
The CNE is earned by real estate professionals after successfully completing formal negotiation training from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. Agents who receive the certification are in the top 1 percent of all agents nationally.
With professional negotiation skills, agents are able to help clients obtain better results in the sale or purchase of their home. CNE agents have a competitive edge because of their ability to: communicate effectively to uncover more information; help clients understand their options; work corroboratively with others; and resolve deadlocks. CNE agents have a thorough understanding of how to negotiate effectively to help achieve their client’s goals.
Alexander is the broker/owner of Jefferson County Realty & Auction. He completed the course Oct. 29-30 at the Kirkwood Community College Center in Marion.
Alexander and his wife Judy are longtime residents of Fairfield and raised their three sons Jeff, Chris and Matt here. They also have seven grandchildren.
