Eighteen Fairfield Middle School students, including the seventh- and eighth-graders in the top photo and the fifth- and sixth-graders in the bottom photo, were selected to participate in the Southeast Iowa Choral Directors Association’s Youth Honor Choir Festival today on the Iowa Wesleyan College campus in Mt. Pleasant.

The daylong event has students rehearsing in one of two choirs during the day and performing in a concert for the public at 7 p.m. in the IWC Chapel Auditorium. Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for students.
