Annual Trail Drive Thru Sunday

Oct 07, 2016

The Jefferson County Conservation Board will host their annual “Trail Drive Thru” from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

We hope people come out to enjoy this rare opportunity to drive a section of the trail system.

Two routes will be available for motorists, both starting at the Cedar View trailhead, which is located west of Fairfield off 32nd street.

Route 1: Enter Cedar View Trail and exit at 223rd street 1.5 miles later. It will take you over Cedar Creek on one of the largest trail bridges in the county.

Route 2: Enter Cedar View Trail and then drive down onto the Loop Trail and head north to Whitham Woods where you'll exit onto Burlington Avenue.
