Brown Bag Lecture Series set at Iowa Wesleyan University

MT. PLEASANT — Friends of the Harlan-Lincoln House are hosting the annual Brown Bag Lecture Series at noon every Tuesday in March in the Chadwick Library International Room at Iowa Wesleyan University.

The series is free and open to the public. Guests can bring lunch.

Programs and presenters are:

• March 7, “Grant Wood’s Clear Lake Summer,” presented by Paul Juhl.

• March 14, “This Place Matters - Iowa Wesleyan’s 175th Anniversary,” presented by Elizabeth Garrels.

• March 21, “Lincoln’s Funeral - A video presentation of the 150th Anniversary Reenactment of Abraham Lincoln’s funeral in Springfield, Ill.,” presented by Pat White.

• March 28, “Bread: The Staff of Life,” presented by Janice Jones.
