College Graduates

AMES — Iowa State University had 4,021 students received degrees in spring commencement ceremonies, including 3,357 undergraduate degrees; 413 master’s degrees; 147 veterinary medicine degrees; and 104 doctor of philosophy degrees.

Among students receiving bachelor’s degrees, 901 graduated cum laude, magna cum laude or summa cum laude. A total of 105 students graduated as members of the honors program.

Area students graduating at ISU this spring include those from:

• Agency: Michael Davis, Bachelor of Science in software engineering.

• Brighton: Jennifer Wharton, Bachelor of Science in accounting, magna cum laude.

• Fairfield: Joshua Adams, Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering; Marcus Clark, Bachelor of Science in civil engineering; Allison Delker, Bachelor of Science in animal science; Nathan Fleming, Master of Science in kinesiology; Hanna Keller, Bachelor of Design in design; Nicholas Morton, Bachelor of Science in environmental science (LAS), political science, cum laude; Elly Stremsterfer, Master of Science in agricultural education.

• Farmington: Eric Martin, Bachelor of Science in forestry, magna cum laude.

• Keosauqua: Kali Johnson, Bachelor of Science in animal science, cum laude; Benjamin Moews, Bachelor of Science in materials engineering, cum laude.

• Libertyville: Jacob Guck, Bachelor of Science in civil engineering.
