Cox resigns from IHCC board

Oct 10, 2017

OTTUMWA – The Indian Hills Community College board of trustees this week accepted the resignation of board member Judith Cox of Fairfield.

Cox was appointed to the nine-member IHCC board in July 2011 to fill out the term of longtime board member Roy Lamansky after he resigned. Cox was elected to the board in September of that year, then reelected in 2015.

The trustees need to appoint a successor to Cox within 30 days and indicated they plan to do so at next month’s board retreat.

Board president John Pothoven of Oskaloosa praised Cox for her contributions during her six years as a board member and for being a staunch advocate of Indian Hills.
