Elizabeth M. Sedore, 85, of Kahoka, Mo., formerly of Cantril, died at 8:40 a.m. Sunday. Oct. 21, 2012 at Clark County Nursing Home, Kahoka.

A funeral is at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua with the Rev. Shawn McAfee officiating. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, Cantril.

Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with family present from noon to 2 p.m.

Memorials to Clark County Nutrition Site may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at Route 2, Box 2509, Wyaconda, Mo. 63474.

Mrs. Sedore was born Jan. 12, 1927 near Cantril, the daughter of John and Blanche Roberts Meade. She married H. Doyle Sedore June 10, 1944, in Fort Madison. He died Aug. 28, 1996.

Survivors include three sons, Dewey Sedore and spouse Janice of Moberly, Mo., Roger Sedore and spouse Joyce of Wayaconda, Todd Sedora and spouse Tina of Wayland, Mo.; three daughters, Pat Burr and spouse Aaron, Lisa Armstrong and spouse Jeff, all of Luray, Mo., and Mary Hooper and spouse Jack of Kahoka; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a step great-granddaughter.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Charles and Carl Meade and one sister, Betty Sears.
