Fairfield First Fridays celebrates art around town, with passport event

May 03, 2017

The Fairfield First Fridays event in May focuses on the “walk ” as it is about wandering through the art venues and stores.

The walk is 6-9:30 p.m. Friday.

Walkers who pick up a “passport” at any art venue, have it stamped at appropriate locations and return it to ICON Gallery will be eligible for a raffle. The drawing will be at 9:45 p.m. at ICON. The winner wins a $300 work of art. The winner does not have to be present. The 15 available works offered by top local artists will be on view at ICON Gallery.

Fairfield First Fridays will present another one-night “Pop Up Gallery” featuring artwork by local artists.
