Fairfield lists menu; preschool starts Tuesday

Fairfield Community School District has listed its lunch menu for the coming week.

Preschools:

Tuesday — breakfast: doughnut holes. Lunch: beef and cheese taco, green beans, peaches, milk.

Wednesday — breakfast: build-your-own yogurt parfait. Lunch: cheese-filled breadsticks with marinara, fresh fruit, milk.

Thursday — breakfast: funnel cake. Lunch: hot beef sundae, mashed potatoes, raisins, homemade roll, milk.

Friday — breakfast: PopTart. Lunch: crispy chicken patty on bun, corn, fresh fruit, milk.

Elementary schools:

Monday — breakfast: chocolate-chip breakfast bar. Lunch: cheese-filled breadsticks with marinara, green beans, peaches, milk.

Tuesday — breakfast: doughnut holes. Lunch: walking taco, Peppy Pinto Beans, lettuce and cheese, frozen fruit cup, milk.

Wednesday — breakfast: build-your-own yogurt parfait. Lunch: mini corn dogs, savory carrots, broccoli with dip, fresh fruit, milk.

Thursday — breakfast: funnel cake. Lunch: hot beef sundae, mashed potatoes, cherry tomatoes, raisins, homemade roll, milk.

Friday — breakfast: PopTart. Lunch: crispy chicken patty on bun, corn, celery with dip, fresh fruit, milk.

Fairfield Middle School:

Monday — breakfast: chocolate-chip breakfast bar. Lunch: cheese-filled breadsticks with marinara or burrito with salsa, fresh garden bar, green beans, peaches, milk.

Tuesday — breakfast: doughnut holes. Lunch: beef walking taco or chicken walking taco, Peppy Pinto Beans, fresh garden bar, frozen fruit cup, milk.

Wednesday — breakfast: build-your-own yogurt parfait. Lunch: mini corn dogs or BBQ Chicken Max Snax, savory carrots, fresh garden bar, fresh fruit, milk.

Thursday — breakfast: funnel cake. Lunch: hot beef sundae or hot pork sundae, mashed potatoes, fresh garden bar, raisins, homemade roll, milk.

Friday — breakfast: PopTart. Lunch: crispy chicken patty on bun or sloppy joe on bun, corn, fresh garden salad, fresh fruit, milk.

Fairfield High School:

Monday — breakfast: breakfast bun. Lunch: Tasty Traditions — beef fiestada. Cultural Cuisine: crispitos. The Sides — corn, applesauce, milk.

Tuesday — breakfast: banana bread. Lunch: Tasty Traditions — cheese-filled breadsticks with marinara. Cultural Cuisine: toasted ravioli

with marinara. The Sides — California blend vegetables, raisins, milk.

Wednesday — breakfast: cream cheese-filled bagel. Lunch: taco bar. The Sides — Peppy Pinto Beans, frozen fruit cup, milk.

Thursday — breakfast: breakfast pizza. Lunch: Tasty Traditions — meatball sub. The Grill — BBQ Rib on bun. The Sides — savory carrots, pears, milk.

Friday — breakfast: doughnut. Lunch: Tasty Traditions — chicken nuggets with homemade roll. The Grill — hot beef and gravy with homemade roll. The Sides — mashed potatoes, peaches, milk.
