Hospice of Washington County not moved nor changed name

By Katrina Altenhofen | Jun 22, 2017

To the editor:

Hospice of Washington County has not moved or changed their name.

Over the past couple of weeks, I have had several community members congratulate me and the staff on our recent office move and name change. Hospice of Washington County has not moved nor changed its name.

HWC is a community based, not-for-profit hospice agency that has served the Washington County Community as well as Henry, Jefferson, Johnson, Keokuk, Louisa, and Muscatine counties for almost 30 years with local staff proudly providing compassionate care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We continue to be blessed with dedicated staff and volunteers who will continue to provide hospice care to our service area for many more years to come.

If you ever have any questions on hospice, palliative care, IPOST, life limiting illness or end of life care, please don’t hesitate to stop by the office or give us a call at 319-653-7321.
