The Telly Awards was founded in 1979 and honors outstanding content in TV & Cable, Digital and Streaming, and Non-Broadcast. Each year, the Telly Awards receive more than 13,000 entries from all 50 states and numerous countries, and it is a great honor to be selected as a Silver or Bronze winner.

A panel of more than 500 accomplished industry professionals judged the competition, recognizing entries that showed distinction in creative work and against a high standard of merit. Less than 10 percent of entries are chosen as winners of the Silvery Telly, the highest honor. Approximately 25 percent of entries are chosen as winners of the Bronze Telly.

The 2016 awards were announced in Tampere, Finland. at the 12th World Conference on Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion.
