President Susan Muntz welcomed the members and special guests and introduced current board members. Health center CEO Brian Hunger greeted the guests and told how he came to hospital management and JCHC. He also thanked the auxiliary members for their contributions to the well-being of JCHC patients and staff.

The group enjoyed piano music played by Joyce Calhoun. Linda Zelinski, social events chairwoman, presented door prizes of the table flower arrangements and the flower arrangement made by Eklund. Refreshments of cake, ice cream and Easter candy were served. The auxiliary gave emery board sets and pens to the attendees.

The gathering is held each year to honor auxiliary members and to promote new members. The auxiliary operates the Hospital Gift Shop and Bargain Box. The JCHC currently has 279 members. Members can choose to be active or non-active. The annual dues are $10. Call Connie Ferrell at 472-2917 or Susan Muntz at 472-4960 if interested in becoming a member.
