Jan 10, 2013

PACKWOOD — Undefeated Lone Tree stayed that way — but barely — with a 71-69 victory over the Pekin boys’ basketball team Tuesday in Packwood.

Pekin’s Cade Millikin scored 22 points and handed out five assists vs. Lone Tree (12-0). Graham Wittrock totaled 14 points and four assists, and Petie Clubb had 7 points while dishing out 10 assists for the Panthers. Brody Long finished the game with 11 points and eight boards. Jared Bond and Seth Jensen each netted six.

The Panthers, who currently own a record of 6-4, visit WACO today in a makeup game.
