The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

 

Monday

4:07 p.m. — A citizen reported a deer killed on D Street between Monroe and Jackson.

4:19 p.m. — Vandalism/criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of North Court.

4:28 p.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued in the 900 block of West Harrison.

4:48 p.m. — Rylee Proper was arrested on a Keokuk County warrant in the 400 block of West Fillmore.

5:48 p.m. — Police transported a subject to Jefferson County Health Center for evaluation.

7:04 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 300 block of West Washington.

7:21 p.m. — A driving complaint of a dangerous driver was reported in the 1200 block of West Burlington.

7:31 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for no headlights at Burlington and Fourth. The driver had not turned the lights on all the way.

7:38 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for failure to stop at a stop light at Main and Harrison.

7:40 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for no passenger-side taillight at Seventh and Liberty.

8:41 p.m. — Extra patrol was requested in the 500 block of West Broadway.

 

Tuesday

12:46 a.m. — Loud music was reported in the 1100 block of West Adams Court.

8:11 a.m. — A verbal warning for expired registration was issued at Main and Fillmore.

8:57 a.m. — A verbal warning for expired registration sticker showing was issued at Fourth and Grimes.

10:21 a.m. — Police investigated theft at 2800 West Grimes.

10:26 a.m. — A verbal warning for failure to display registration was issued in the 100 block of West Burlington.

11:51 a.m. — A civil dispute was reported in the 600 block of West Broadway.

12:11 p.m. — A minor traffic collision was reported in the 1300 block of West Burlington.

12:24 p.m. — A verbal warning for no front plate was issued at Fourth and Madison.

12:41 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued for a traffic violation at Sixth and Briggs.

1:01 p.m. — Police investigated theft in the 500 block of North Fourth.

1:34 p.m. — A hit-and-run traffic accident was reported.

1:39 p.m. — A verbal warning for no plates was issued at Sixth and Adams.

1:40 p.m. — A vehicle was stopped for speeding 38 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 500 block of West Fillmore and for not having plates. Joshua David Edgington, 39, of Fairfield, was cited for excessive speed.

1:51 p.m. — An officer spoke with a subject about no plates on the vehicle in the 800 block of West Burlington.

2:12 p.m. — A verbal warning for speed was issued in the 500 block of West Fillmore.

2:50 p.m. — Lori Gail Hibbets, 54, of Packwood, was cited for operating a non-registered vehicle in the 900 block of West Harrison.

3:25 p.m. — A written warning for passing on the right at Second and Burlington was issued at Second and Lowe.

3:37 p.m. — Police assisted a motorist at Main and Burlington.

4:14 p.m. — An abandoned vehicle was towed from Ninth and Lowe.

4:19 p.m. — Police provided assistance with a door at 200 block of South Court.

5:01 p.m. — Ronnie Lynn Hanen, 51, of Ottumwa, was cited for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied and also for failure to prove security against liability (non-accident related) in the 100 block of South 17th.

10:20 p.m. — Police assisted with a fire call in the 200 block of East Hempstead.
