The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

 

Saturday

12:50 a.m. — An officer checked on a vehicle parked at the Little League fields. The vehicle was secure.

3:01 a.m. — Harassment was reported in the 200 block of North 28th.

7:57 a.m. — A verbal warning for an obstructed plate was issued at 12th and Jefferson.

9:07 a.m. — A vehicle was stopped in the 1300 block of West Burlington for no registration sticker. The driver had the sticker in the car. A verbal warning was issued.

9:07 a.m. — Police investigated destruction/damage/vandalism of property in the 2200 block of West Burlington.

11:19 a.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Hempstead.

2:25 p.m. — Debra Sue Stagers, 58, of Lockridge was arrested in the 2700 block of West Burlington and charged with third-degree theft.

3:06 p.m. — Trespassing was reported in the 900 block of West Harrison.

7:04 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 1500 block of Woodside Circle.

7:27 p.m. — A driving complain was reported in the 600 block of South D.

8:24 p.m. — A runaway juvenile was reported.

11:13 p.m. — Trespassing was reported in the 1100 block of Kodi Circle.

 

Sunday

12:08 a.m. — Offenses against family were reported in the 900 block of Wes Harrison.

2:34 a.m. — People in Lamson Woods were advised of the park hours.

4:16 a.m. — Harassment was reported at Fourth and Fillmore.

8:46 a.m. — Police checked on a vehicle stopped at the Highway 34 210 westbound entrance. The subject was OK.

11:20 a.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 2500 block of West Burlington.

1:14 p.m. — A vehicle was stopped in the 2100 block of West Burlington for a left brake outage. A verbal warning was issued.

1:22 p.m. — Randall Ryvon Woodson Jr., 22, of Fairfield, was cited at 12th and Broadway for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.

1:29 p.m. — A utilities hazard was reported on Guild between buildings 113 and 114.

2:32 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 400 block of West Hempstead.

3:26 p.m. — A written warning for a traffic violation was issued at Sixth and Jefferson.

3:48 p.m. — A verbal warning for expired tags was issued in the 1700 block of West Burlington.

5:21 p.m. — Public fighting was reported at Highland and Madison.

6:26 p.m. — Theft was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

7:24 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 1200 block of South Seventh. Extra patrol was requested.

7:28 p.m. — A civil issue was reported in the 500 block of South 15th.

7:33 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 500 block of Hillside Drive.

8:18 p.m. — Bad weather was reported.

9:01 p.m. — Two people were arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft in the 2700 block of West Burlington: Hunter Marie Dawn Kopp, 18, of Delta, and a juvenile from Sigourney.

10:46 p.m. — A business alarm sounded in the 2100 block of West Burlington. The building was secure.

10:59 p.m. — A barking dog was reported in the 600 block of South Second.

 

Monday

1:25 a.m. — A vehicle was stopped in the 1300 block of West Burlington because of a passenger-side headlight outage. A verbal warning was issued.

1:54 a.m. — A vehicle was stopped in the 1500 block of West Burlington for showing white to the rear. A verbal warning was issued.

1:57 a.m. — A vehicle was stopped at Seventh and Jefferson for no plate light. A verbal warning was issued.

2:58 a.m. — Ashley Leigh Koehlhoeffer, 26, of Fairfield, was stopped at C and Burlington for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone. Koehlhoeffer was cited for excessive speed.

3:11 a.m. — Police performed a security check on a business in the 100 block of East Washington.

3:14 a.m. — Police performed a security check on a business in the 300 block of North Main.

3:18 a.m. — Police performed a security check on a business in the 1400 block of South Main.

3:26 a.m. — Police performed a security check on a business in the 400 block of South Maple.

4 a.m. — Bad weather was reported.

8:25 a.m. — A civil issue over financial information was reported in the 2200 block of 156th Street.

8:57 a.m. — Jared Wesley Sutherland, 33, of Washington, Iowa, was cited for operation without registration at Court and Grimes.

9:17 a.m. — Behner Funeral Home requested a funeral escort.

12:54 p.m. — Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of West Burlington.

1:49 p.m. — A dog was found in the 900 block of North 12th.

2:15 p.m. — An accident was reported at Second and Kirkwood. Carl Zimmerman was driving north on Second. Amit Hooda was driving west on Kirkwood. Zimmerman was unable to stop due to the snowy and icy road at the intersection, and the two vehicles collided.

3:32 p.m. — Jason Devere Pease, 30, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 200 block of North 28th and charged with domestic abuse assault.

5:42 p.m. — A green Honda Civic, driving without lights, was reported in the 900 block of West Burlington.

6:37 p.m. — Two vehicles, parked in the handicap stalls in the 200 block of East Pierce, were reported.

6:49 p.m. — A parking issue was reported on East Lowe between Court and B. A citation for “left of curb” was issued.

6:51 p.m. — Bad weather was reported.

7:01 p.m. — A hazardous road condition was reported in the 1000 block of Walton Road.

7:11 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Washington.

7:38 p.m. — A verbal warning was issued in the 1000 block of West Burlington for not stopping at the red light at Burlington and Ninth.

9:17 p.m. — A verbal warning for no passenger-side headlight was issued in the 300 block of West Burlington.

10:06 p.m. — A vehicle was stopped at Highway 1 and 185th for traveling 60 mph in a 55 mph zone. A verbal warning was issued for traveling too fast for conditions.

 

Tuesday

3:19 a.m. — A utilities hazard was reported in the 400 block of South Main.

4:26 a.m. — Bad weather was reported.
